About the Art Dalton J35 Chronograph 41– Anniversary Edition
Rooted in Swedish aviation heritage, the Dalton watch is a reference within Swedish pilot watches, originally developed in collaboration with the 212th Fighter Jet Squadron, call sign Dalton. Created as a tribute to Swedish aviation history and to celebrate the 100th anniversary of the Swedish Air Force, this Anniversary Edition features a hand-painted silhoutte of the iconic J35 Draken ("The Kite"), designed and painted by Mythic Scandinavian Watch Art. Each dial is painted to order, making every watch a unique expression of craftsmanship and storytelling.
The watch reflects the J35 Draken’s unmistakable silhouette. Originally released as a limited edition that quickly sold out, the model has become one of the most sought-after references from MALM. The original design is directly inspired by the aircraft’s cockpit. The sword-style, semi-skeletonized hands, the centrally mounted chronograph seconds hand with Draken silhouette.
The Art Dalton Anniversary Edition brings together aviation heritage, watchmaking, and hand-painted art in a single timepiece—created to honour Swedish flight history and made to be worn and passed on.
